Technical Description
Model T6DT850H TONE: The 850 Nm 3/4 inch digital torque wrench is an electronic torque wrench with a maximum torque range of 850 Nm. It is specifically designed for controlling the tightening torque of medium and large bolts and nuts.
Technical Features
Unlike mechanical torque wrenches, electronic torque wrenches display the tightening torque on a dial. The TONE-Japan T6DT850H electronic model has distinctive technical functions such as:
Torque Status Indicator: Once the tightening torque is set, it will be displayed on the screen and indicated by red and green LEDs during operation. For example, when the torque is set to 80% and the user reaches the set torque, an alarm will sound to alert the user.
Achieved/Failed Detection Function: With the TONE Japan TDTH Series electronic torque wrench, 9 torque output positions can be set. When setting the differential torque measurement mode within the 1-9% range, this function is set to On. Measurement results are displayed on the screen and LED indicators.
Data Storage: Capable of storing up to 250 actual torque measurement results.
Measurement Mode Switching Function: Includes two modes: Track and Peak. Can be used as a dial torque wrench (directly reads the tightening torque value) or as a mechanical wrench (sounds “tack” when the set torque is reached).
Certificate Included: For all electronic torque wrenches shipped from the factory, TONE always provides a calibration certificate.
Data Transfer Capability: The torque wrench can connect and transfer data to a computer via USB cable, converting to CSV files. Track mode displays the maximum output torque. Peak mode varies based on changes in the output torque.
Sharp LCD display: Easy to read data, soft and responsive buttons that last over time.
Long battery life: 48 hours of continuous use, up to 6 months standby time (without LED indicator).
