PAYMENT METHODS
1. Delivery and cash on delivery (COD) at the buyer’s address:
Customers within a 5km radius of the Dong Duong store will have their orders delivered directly by our sales staff. Payment will be collected only after the customer has inspected the product and agreed to the purchase.
For home delivery requests, accurate recipient information is required, including name, address, and phone number. In certain special cases — such as high-value orders, evening deliveries, deliveries to narrow alleys, or remote areas — our sales staff will contact the customer to confirm and agree on the most suitable delivery method.
2. Bank Transfer Payment – Delivery via Express Shipping Service:
For addresses outside the areas mentioned above, customers may make a 100% prepayment for the product value via one of Dong Duong’s bank accounts.
Once the payment has been received, our sales representative will contact the customer directly to confirm and schedule the delivery. Depending on the customer’s location, the delivery time may range from 12 to 72 hours.
In case of delayed delivery without prior notice, the customer has the right to cancel the order, and Dong Duong will refund the full amount paid within 5 working days.
For products valued over 20 million VND (including VAT), in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law issued by the State, payment must be made via bank transfer. Customers may contact our staff for detailed consultation.
3. In-store Purchase – Direct Payment at Dong Duong Showroom:
Customers may request to reserve products at the Dong Duong store.
The products will be fully prepared within 4 hours and will be held at the store for no more than 12 hours from the time the sales consultant confirms the customer’s order.
4. Shipping Fee and Product Insurance Fee:
Shipping Fee: Free nationwide delivery for orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more. A shipping fee will be applied to orders below 1,000,000 VND or as otherwise agreed upon.
Product Insurance Fee: For products shipped through third-party carriers contracted with Dong Duong, customers will pay an insurance fee based on the product’s value. In the event of damage or loss during transportation, customers will be compensated 100% of the product’s value at the time of sale if insurance coverage was purchased.
5. Other Cases:
If the customer requests delivery through a third party such as a transport service, acquaintance, or logistics provider not under contract with Dong Duong, all costs and risks during transportation will be the customer’s responsibility. Once Dong Duong’s delivery staff hands the product over to the third party, both the customer and their chosen carrier must confirm receipt via phone call, SMS, or Dong Duong’s delivery note.
